William "Billy" Hank Hooker (also known as William Harrison Hooker) is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts in Star Trek: First Contact.

Hooker is from a stunt family. His father is the late stuntman Hugh Hooker, his brother is fellow Star Trek stuntman Buddy Joe Hooker.

Hooker has performed stunts in films such as The Games People Play (1967), Empire of the Ants (1977, with Joan Collins, Robert Lansing, Robert Pine, and stunts by Buddy Joe Hooker), Prophecy (1979), Smokey and the Bandit II (1980), Tron (1982, with David Warner), The Beastmaster (1982, with Rod Loomis, Tony Epper, Diamond Farnsworth, Vince Deadrick, Tommy J.
