Borka VI was a planet. Counselor Deanna Troi once visited the planet for a neuropsychology seminar in 2369. She was abducted by Romulan underground operatives, who were going to use her in a plot to get Romulan Vice Proconsul M'ret defect to the Federation. (TNG: "face of the Enemy")
