The Boothby Supernova was a formation that as of 2384, was not successfully completed until Nova Squadron -- with Dal R'El taking cadet Grom's place -- did so to defeat the Rev-1. (PRO: "Ascension, Part I")

This maneuver was named after longtime Starfleet Academy groundskeeper Boothby.
