Boris Vallejo (born 8 January 1941; age 84) was the illustrator for several Star Trek novels. Boris attended attended the National School of Fine Arts in his native Peru before emigrating to the United States in 1964.
Boris primarily illustrates for fantasy and science fiction, and has worked for a variety of publishers.
In 1994, Boris married fellow illustrator Julie Bell.
He has illustrated the covers of Star Trek novels including:
