Bruce Costa (born 5 August 1961; age 63) is a writer and Karate instructor.

He is the founder and chief instructor of a dojo in Pennsylvania and wrote a book for beginning students named Welcome to Karate.

As an author, he has written feature articles, book reviews, and several works of licensed fiction beginning in the early 1990s, including work for Marvel and Malibu Comics.

In 1995, Costa wrote "Frozen Boyhood", a story focusing on Jake Sisko for the Malibu comic Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Special.
