Bruce Schoengarth (27 April 1918–30 June 1995; age 77) was a film editor who worked on Star Trek: The Original Series, while employed at Desilu.
Apart from his work on Star Trek, he edited a number of feature film and television projects, including episodes of Mannix, Ben Casey (these two also produced on the Desilu lot), Lassie, and Hawaii Five-O (starring Jack Lord). In his later years, Schoengarth turned to sound editing, and mostly worked in this capacity on Mork & Mindy (starring Robin Williams).
Schoengarth was the father-in-law of John Jefferies's daughter (also the niece of Matt Jefferies), whom his son, John married.
