Bruce Sears (born 28 October 1971; age 53) is an assistant camera operator and assistant director who worked as DGA Trainee on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Sears was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA and started his career as an intern on the television series Freddy's Nightmares. As assistant director, he worked on the short comedy Birds of a Feather (1998), the television series American Masters (2005), the comedy Bill (2007), and the short comedy Bill (2008).

His credits in the camera and electrical department as grip, electrician and assistant camera operator include the television series Renegade, Frasier (starring Kelsey Grammer), Ned and Stacey, Working, and Encore! Encore!, the sport comedy The Scout (1994, with Craig Denault), and the television special Murder, She Wrote: South by Southwest (1997).
