Burgundy or Bourgogne (in the French language) was a type of wine.

In 2259, Captains Marie Batel and Christopher Pike drank glasses of 2221 Chateau Picard Bourgogne. (SNW: "Among the Lotus Eaters")

In 2375, Tom Paris suggested to B'Elanna Torres that she stay at his quarters for a replicated dinner and a bottle of Burgundy. She declined. (VOY: "Extreme Risk")

The Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 109 described Burgundy as a "red or white wine originally made in the Burgundy region of France on Earth."

Kerner Hauze had two crates of Bourgogne Chateau Picard in his collection at the time of his death in 2381, including one case of 2286. (LD: "Kayshon, His Eyes Open")

In 2399, stressed as she grew closer to unraveling the mystery of the Conclave of Eight, Raffaela Musiker went back to her crew quarters aboard La Sirena to order Burgundy, though the hologram Mister Hospitality reminded her that she had turned off alcohol-options on her replicator.
