The Archive Cards are both Portrait cards and regular foil cards that have been released in previous expansions of the Second Edition of the Star Trek Customizable Card Game. Starting with Strange New Worlds, expansions began showcasing several rare cards, giving them a foil treatment. A smaller number of cards were given the "portrait" treatment, scaling down the game play information in favor of a larger picture. Following is a regular list of the cards, sorted by their card type. After the list is a sortable table.
Dilemmas[]
- An Issue of Trust
- This card originated from the "Captain's Log" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with either the skill of Honor or the skill of Treachery, all of the player's personnel are stopped. If the player has two or more personnel who have the skills of Honor or Treachery, they randomly select all but one of those personnel to be stopped. Card number 10A1

- This card originated from the "Captain's Log" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: The player randomly selects three personnel. Unless their combined Strength is greater than 17 or if they have a non-Hand Weapon equipment card, the player randomly selects one personnel for each headquarters mission they command to be placed in their opponent's brig. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 10A2.

- This card originated from the "To Boldly Go" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Diplomacy, Honor, and Transporters or Law, Security, and Strength greater than thirty, they randomly select a personnel to be stopped. If the opponent on the player's right commands Cardassia Prime, the stopped personnel is placed in the opponent's brig instead. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 8A1.

- This card originated from the "In a Mirror, Darkly" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: Unless the player has a personnel with Integrity greater than six, a second personnel with Cunning greater than six, and a third personnel with Strength greater than six, all of the player's personnel are stopped. Card number 13A1.

- This card originated from the "Strange New Worlds" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: The player randomly selects two personnel. Those personnel cannot use their skills while facing this dilemma. Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Anthropology, Diplomacy, and Honor or Law, Security, and Strength greater than thirty-five, all of the player's personnel are stopped. - Game Play: Unless the player has a ship with Range or Weapons greater than eight, all of their personnel are stopped. Card number 8A2.

- This card originated from the "In a Mirror, Darkly" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: This dilemma is placed on the mission. The player randomly selects a personnel to be removed from the game. The player cannot play cards that have the same title as that personnel. When the player completes this mission, the removed personnel is placed in his or her owner's hand and this dilemma is overcome. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 13A2

- Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Biology and 2 Security or 2 Physics and Cunning greater than thirty-five, they randomly select a personnel to be stopped. The player's opponent may move up to two dilemmas from beneath one of the player's missions to another of their non-headquarters missions. Card number 7A2.

- This card originated from the "These are the Voyages" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: This dilemma is place on the mission. Each personnel at this mission loses each skill he or she has gained. Each personnel cannot gains skills. Each personnel cannot increase his or her attributes. At the end of the mission attempt, this dilemma is overcome. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 12A2.

- Game Play: The player reveals their hand and places each interrupt revealed this way on top of their deck in any order. The player's opponent draws up to two cards. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 12A3.

- This card originated from the "What You Leave Behind" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: The player's opponent places the top three cards of his or her dilemma pile face up beneath this mission. They then name a skill. The player randomly selects a personnel with that skill. Unless that personnel has an attribute greater than six, the player randomly selects a second personnel with that skill. Each selected personnel is killed and this dilemma returns to its owner's dilemma pile. Card number 14A1.

- This card originated from the "Captain's Log" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with the skills of Astrometrics, Navigation, and a total Cunning greater than 30 or total ship's attributes greater than 21, this dilemma is placed on the player's ship and all of the player's personnel are stopped. While on a ship, at the start of each of the player's turns, they choose an opponent. That opponent may search their draw deck for a Damage card and place it on the ship. Card number 10A3.

- Game Play: The player chooses a personnel to place in their opponent's brig. If that personnel is non-unique, the player's opponent draws up to three cards. Card number 12A4.

- This card originated from the "Strange New Worlds" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: Unless the player has personnel with Astrometrics, Navigation, Physics, and Cunning greater than 34 or Exobiology, Leadership, Medical, and Integrity greater than 32, they place this dilemma in the main play area and place their ship on this dilemma. At the end of the player's turn, they remove this dilemma from the game and place the ship at their headquarters mission. Card number 7A3.

- This card originated from the "To Boldly Go" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: The player's opponent places the top card of his or her dilemma pile face up beneath this mission. This dilemma is placed on the mission. Each attribute requirement for the mission is increased by three for each event in the player's main area. At the end of the turn, this dilemma is returned to its owner's dilemma pile. - A Sight for Sore Eyes
- This card originated from the "Captain's Log" expansion. It is an Archive Foil card.
- Game Play: To play this event, the player must command three Starfleet affiliation personnel. This card plays in the main area. At the start of each of the player's turns, they score five points. At the end of each of the player's turns, if they have at least five points, they lose five points. This card is First Edition compatible. Card number 10A4.

- Game Play: To play this event, the player must command two Founders. This card plays in the main area. When the player's dilemma with the keyword of Consume places any number of dilemmas beneath an opponent's mission, the player may discard this event to choose one of those dilemmas and return it to their dilemma pile. - Game Play: This card plays in the main area. When this event is played, the player names a skill. When an opponent's personnel are facing the player's dilemma, if he or she uses that skill, the player takes a dilemma from beneath an opponent's completed mission and places it on top of their dilemma pile. This may be done only once each mission attempt. Card number 8A4.

- Game Play: This card plays in the main area. The player may move their ship with their Engineer aboard to a space mission, then place this event on that ship. While on a ship, its Weapons and Shields are reduced by two each. Card number 7A4.

- Game Play: This card plays in the main area. When this event is played, the player names a non-dual (i.e. either a space or a planet, but not a combination) dilemma. The player's copies of that dilemma gain the Persistent keyword, meaning that when the player's personnel completes a mission, the dilemma owner may discard a non-personnel card from hand to return the dilemma to his or her dilemma pile. - Game Play: To play this event, the player must command two Maquis sub-affiliation ships. The player may discard an event in an opponent's main area. The player may then search that opponent's hand and deck and place each copy of the discarded event in its owner's discard pile. That opponent shuffles and replaces his or her deck.
