What You Leave Behind was the last expansion of the Star Trek Customizable Card Game: Second Edition from Decipher. Released in December 2007, this expansion brought the gamers some of the favorite moments of the Star Trek universe. This set also fixed many of the "broken links" that were found throughout the Second Edition. While eighteen of the cards were given the foil treatment and inclusion in the Archive Cards list, there were no Portrait cards released with this final set.
