The CSS World Razer was a 24th century warship that was operated by the Confederation of Earth.
According to General Jean-Luc Picard, with the help of the World Razer and its crew, the Confederation conquered the stars.
In 2401, a painting of the World Razer blasting through a Borg cube was on display in Picard's study. (PIC: "Penance")
Concept art for the World Razer was designed by Sean Tourangeau. [1]
It was based on the Federation's Galaxy-class, and was analogous to Picard's USS Enterprise-D. (TRR: "Penance")
