Calaman sherry is featured in the Star Trek Cookbook (p.223), which describes it as "a blush-colored drink that should look like pink champagne." It suggests using strawberry kiwi as a base drink, lightened with Martinelli's sparkling apple cider or club soda. The drink should be served in a tall, long-stemmed champagne glass so the bubbles can rise. According to the book, the drink is served at Quark's Bar on Deep Space 9.
