Carter Mitchell is an actor who appeared as a Starfleet admiral in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Endgame". As a background actor, Mitchell received no credit for this appearance and was identified by a call sheet for the episode.
Prior to his acting career, Mitchell worked as baseball program director for RBI (Reviving Baseball in the Inner-Cities) in Los Angeles, Pittsburgh and Chicago he also worked in the restaurant industry for 17 years in management and as a corporate trainer. Television credits include principal and featured roles in American Dreams, General Hospital, Castle, Key & Peele, Tosh. O, Hung and ER (2004, along Leland Orser, Scott Grimes, Cullen Douglas, and Anthony De Longis). Mitchell also had supporting roles in Love Don't Cost a Thing (2003), Rocky Balboa (2006), and Spider-Man 3 (2007, with Kirsten Dunst, James Cromwell, Becky Ann Baker, Michael Papajohn, Gregg Daniel, Robert Curtis Brown, Paul Terrell Clayton, Christopher Jude, and Rey Gallegos). Mitchell is also said to be a karaoke singer.
