Broadcasting companiesEdit

We have a large number of "TV channels" or broadcasters (at least 22) currently in our database. These are now sorted into Category:Companies, but it makes some sense (to me at least) to split them off into their own category. Since they are a mix of broadcasting companies, broadcasters, and TV channels, I'd tentatively suggest Category:Broadcasters as a catch-all for them, hanging it as a subcategory of Comapnies. -- sulfur 16:19, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

The CWEdit

A few years ago, they aired TNG at midnight on CW23. Can anyone find a link attesting to this? --LauraCC (talk) 20:11, February 27, 2016 (UTC)

I can't remember exactly when it was.--LauraCC (talk) 20:45, March 15, 2016 (UTC)

Scope of Category Edit

Is this category designed to eventually include all broadcasters from everywhere in the world, which at some point showed Trek (probably several hundred)? Or only in the English language? Kennelly (talk) 13:59, September 10, 2018 (UTC)

It's for all broadcasters. - Archduk3 14:01, September 10, 2018 (UTC)
What about splitting streaming services into a separate category as opposed to more traditional cable/air/satellite broadcasters? --LauraCC (talk) 15:37, September 12, 2018 (UTC)
