Ceti Alpha IV was the fourth planet of the Ceti Alpha system. This planet was located inside Sector 25712 of the Alpha Quadrant.
Beckett Mariner once stranded Malvus on Ceti Alpha IV, which he insisted was "way worse" than Ceti Alpha V. Malvus still held a grudge over this incident when Mariner and Brad Boimler approached him for help in 2381. Mariner apologized, saying that she "really thought there was life there."
