Commander Chakotay was a male Terran in the 24th century Terran Empire. In 2385, He was first officer aboard the ISS Voyager-A under Admiral Kathryn Janeway. He would encounter Captain Chakotay, Dal R'El, Jankom Pog, and Murf during a reality fracture event in 2385. While attempting to interrogate the team, he was incapacitated by Murf, allowing his counterpart to swap uniforms and impersonate him.

Chakotay recovered and was present on the bridge when Admiral Janeway realized that the Loom was invading the mirror universe because of the rift and allowed the group to proceed. Gwyn was able to activate the field, repairing the fracture in reality and returning everyone to their correct universe. (PRO: "Cracked Mirror")
