Charles Macaulay (26 September 192713 August 1999; age 71), also credited as Charles Macauley, was an American actor. Born in Kentucky, he worked from the early sixties to the early nineties, including several appearances as Perry Mason's hapless opponent, District Attorney Hamilton Burger, towards the end of his career. His aristocratic bearing and sonorous voice often led him to be cast as judges, doctors, attorneys, and other authority figures. He died in California of cancer in 1999.

Macaulay filmed his scenes for "The Return of the Archons" on Monday 12 December 1966 and Tuesday 13 December 1966 at Desilu Stage 10. He filmed his scenes for "Wolf in the Fold" between Tuesday 27 June 1967 and Friday 30 June 1967 at Stage 9 and Stage 10.

He starred as Count Dracula in the blaxploitation horror film Blacula (1972) with fellow Star Trek guest actors Elisha Cook, Jr., Thalmus Rasulala and William Marshall, who portrayed the title role.
