Charlie Reynolds was a male Starfleet captain in command of the USS Centaur in the late 24th century.

In 2374, he inadvertently pursued a Jem'Hadar attack ship that was actually being commanded by his friend Benjamin Sisko, who said Charlie wasn't one to give up and never knew when to quit. Several ships actually commanded by the Jem'Hadar eventually chased the Centaur back to Federation space. Captain Sisko noted that in combat Reynolds tends to "swing for the fences." (DS9: "A Time to Stand")
