Chelah Horsdal (born 19 June 1973; age 48) is the actress who played President Laira Rillak in the fourth season of Star Trek: Discovery.

She is best known for her regular roles on the television series When Calls the Heart, Hell on Wheels (co-starring Anson Mount, Colm Meaney, Christopher Heyerdahl, and Jake Weber), and The Man in the High Castle (co-starring Cary-Hiroyuki and Rick Worthy). She also had recurring roles on Stargate SG-1 (with Ronny Cox and Joey Aresco), The L Word (with Mia Kirshner), Level Up, and Arrow.

She guested on shows such as Gene Roddenberry and Robert Hewitt Wolfe's Andromeda, Tru Calling, The Dead Zone (starring Nicole de Boer and David Ogden Stiers, developed by Michael Piller and Shawn Piller), The 4400 (with Charles Napier and Jeffrey Combs), Criminal Minds, Smallville (with John Glover, Kenneth Welsh, and Alisen Down), Psych (with Corbin Bernsen, Thomas Kopache, directed by James L. Conway), Ronald D. Moore's Battlestar Galactica (with Rekha Sharma and Mark A. Sheppard), Stargate: Atlantis (with Robert Picardo), Supernatural, Falling Skies (with Doug Jones, directed by Jonathan Frakes), The Good Doctor (with Tamlyn Tomita), and The 100.

Her feature film credits include The Pink Panther (2006), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006, with Patrick Stewart, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Romijn, and Shohreh Aghdashloo), AVPR: Aliens vs Predator - Requiem (2007, with Robert Joy), The Cabin in the Woods (2011, with Chris Hemsworth and Tim DeZarn), and Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011).
