Chelah Horsdal (born 19 June 1973; age 52) is the actress who played President Laira Rillak in the fourth and fifth seasons of Star Trek: Discovery.

She is best known for her regular roles on When Calls the Heart, Hell on Wheels (co-starring Anson Mount, Colm Meaney, Christopher Heyerdahl, and Jake Weber), and The Man in the High Castle (co-starring Cary-Hiroyuki and Rick Worthy). She also had recurring roles on Stargate SG-1 (2004–06, starring Richard Dean Anderson and Michael Shanks, with Ronnie Cox, Hiro Kanagawa and Joey Aresco), The L Word (2006–08, starring Mia Kirshner), Level Up (2012–13), and Arrow.

She guested on shows such as Gene Roddenberry and Robert Hewitt Wolfe's Andromeda, Tru Calling (2003), The Dead Zone (starring Nicole de Boer and David Ogden Stiers, developed by Michael Piller and Shawn Piller), The 4400 (with Charles Napier and Jeffrey Combs), Criminal Minds, Smallville (2005, with John Glover, Kenneth Welsh, Adrian Holmes and Alisen Down), Psych (2007, with Corbin Bernsen, Thomas Kopache, directed by James L.
