For the person who kept the Chronicle, please see Chronicle (title).

The chronicle was the pictorial history of a village in the Boraalan culture of Boraal II. This literary work was the product of the chronicle, the Boraalan equivalent of an historian.

In Vorin's community, the chronicles had recorded the history of the community for seventeen generations. During the rush in leaving the village, Vorin managed to save only the work of the last six generations of chronicles. The destruction of the village and Nikolai Rozhenko and Worf leading the people to a new home were among the events recorded in the chronicle.

After Vorin's death, Nikolai continued the work of recording the history of the community in the chronicle. (TNG: "Homeward")
