A churro was a type of snack food from Earth, consisting of lengths of fried dough flavored with cinnamon.
When Jack Ransom was transformed into a caveman in 2381 and locked in the USS Cerritos cafeteria, he replicated a doll made from churros and carried it around like it was his wife. After he was returned to normal, he continued to keep the doll hidden in his office, as they had a "primordial bond", and periodically "refreshed" it with 35 newly replicated churros. His crewmates dubbed the doll "Churrolivia". (LD: "Room for Growth")
The Historical Bozeman theme park contained a churro vendor. During their visit to the town in 2381, D'Vana Tendi and Sam Rutherford ordered churros, which they had to wolf down as food was not allowed on the Ride the Phoenix attraction. (LD: "Grounded")
