The Clarke was a Federation Type 7 shuttlecraft that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-24th century, attached to the USS Enterprise-D. It was shuttlecraft 05.

In early 2366, the Clarke was listed as being overhauled in Hangar 2 on the shuttlebay operations display. (TNG: "Evolution", okudagram)

This shuttlecraft was only mentioned in writing.
The shuttlecraft was likely named for science fiction author Arthur C. Clarke, known for 2001: A Space Odyssey and the Rama series.
