Clete Francis is an actor who appeared as a Suliban prisoner in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Detained". According to the call sheets, Francis filmed his scenes on Friday 8 February 2002, Tuesday 12 February 2002, and Wednesday 13 February 2002 on Paramount Stage 9. On the call sheets, it is also noted, that Francis was the "prodded Suliban" in scene 15 in which he was hit by David Kagen.
Francis worked as background actor and utility stand-in on My Name Is Earl where he played a regular background the Crab Shack patron in several episodes. He filmed scenes with fellow background regulars Tom Burt and Arne Starr between 2005 and 2009. [1]
