The Cleveland Indians were a professional baseball team based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

In July 1941, a pair of "journeyman hurlers" for the Indians broke Joe DiMaggio's 56-game hitting streak. (TNG: "The Big Goodbye")

Cirroc Lofton's uncle, Kenny Lofton, played ten seasons for the Indians between 1992 and 2007.

The journeyman hurlers were Al Smith and Jim Bagby.

Tris Speaker played on the Indians for much of his career.
