The Cleveland Indians were a professional baseball team based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

In July 1941, a pair of "journeyman hurlers" for the Indians broke Joe DiMaggio's 56-game hitting streak. (TNG: "The Big Goodbye")

Cirroc Lofton's uncle, Kenny Lofton, played ten years for the Indians between 1992 and 2007.
The journeyman hurlers were Al Smith and Jim Bagby.
