Convoy liaison officer was the title of a civilian who co-ordinated convoy movements with Starfleet during the Dominion War. In late 2374, Kasidy Yates agreed to take the job as she knew many of the freighter captains in the PQ-One convoy. (DS9: "The Sound of Her Voice")
