Count Dracula was a fictional vampire from classic Victorian literature.
By the 24th century, he was the subject of a popular holoprogram that featured his castle.

Dracula in the 2380s
Dracula was created by a Klingon thought enhancer in Marvel Comics Star Trek issue, "The Haunting of Thallus!". Ensigns Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler created another version of Dracula in a way similar to Professor Moriarty on the USS Cerritos's holodeck in IDW Publishing's Lower Decks miniseries.
