The Crash-n-Burn Bar in 2381

The Crash-n-Burn Bar was a makeshift bar in Bozeman, Montana, in 2063. The bar had a jukebox, and mission patches on the ceiling. The bar was located near a missile silo where Zefram Cochrane built his famed warp-capable prototype craft, the Phoenix.

The establishment's staff included a bartender called Eddy and among its visitors were regulars Lily Sloane and Cochrane himself, as well as William T. Riker, Deanna Troi and a group of Vulcans from the T'Plana-Hath. (Star Trek: First Contact)

Following First Contact, the bar became a historical landmark. By the late 24th century, it had been incorporated into the Historical Bozeman theme park and was known for its "famous one-song jukebox." (LD: "Grounded")

The name of this bar was used by production personnel during the making of Star Trek: First Contact, but was not spoken onscreen until "Grounded". (Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion (3rd ed., p. 329))
In the final shot of the movie, the bar was represented with a set, surrounded by CGI trees and a CGI model of the Vulcan ship T'Plana'Hath. [1]
In the novelization of Star Trek: First Contact, the Crash-n-Burn Bar (referred to as "an old army tent, really") is stated to be the place where Lily Sloane and Zefram Cochrane first met one another, and Charlie is referenced as being another of the establishment's bartenders.
