Unknown affiliation[]
Bashir's assistant []
Following a racquetball game between Miles O'Brien and Julian Bashir, where Bashir outmatched the highly competitive O'Brien, Bashir later explained to Jadzia Dax that at one point O'Brien looked like he was going to have a coronary. Though Bashir made several attempts to stop the game, he eventually had an opportunity to call his assistant, and instructed her to call him back after five minutes and say that there was an emergency in the Infirmary. Dax thought the tactic was "terrible", but Bashir justified it, stating, "There was no other way out. Otherwise there would have been an emergency. Chief O'Brien's coronary." (DS9: "Rivals")
Communications officer []
This officer informed Commander Benjamin Sisko about a subspace message from Constable Odo from Klaestron IV in 2369. (DS9: "Dax")

Security officer 2 []
This security officer acknowledged Chief Miles O'Brien's call for security and the intruder alert after Rumpelstiltskin appeared in Molly's bedroom. He sent Lieutenant Jones and another security officer to O'Brien's quarters. (DS9: "If Wishes Were Horses")
Security officer 3 []
This security officer was one of the deputies that reported to Security Office for a possible intruder alert. Upon reaching the officer, he called Ops to inform Major Kira that it was empty, and that there was no sign of Odo. (DS9: "The Alternate")
