Daniel W. Barringer is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts as a Starfleet security officer in Star Trek Nemesis and as stunt double for David Kagen in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Detained". He received no credit for the latter one but his costume was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. 
Barringer has doubled for actors such as Kevin McNally and Ruben Blades.

He has also performed stunts in television series such as Nowhere Man (1996, with Robin Sachs), Married with Children, Orleans, JAG, Nash Bridges, Days of our Lives, Babylon 5 (starring Andreas Katsulas and Bill Mumy), Sliders (starring John Rhys-Davies), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Renegade (starring Branscombe Richmond), Murder She Wrote, The Practice, and The A-Team (starring Dwight Schultz).
