Dan Kelpine (born 22 October 1952; age 71) is an actor who appeared as an Enterprise-D operations division officer in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Symbiosis". As a background actor he received no credit for his appearance.

Kelpine has been working as professional actor from the 1980s on and studied acting under coaches such as Eric Morris, Sal Romeo, Skip Leckness, and Christinna Chauncey. Through his work as court officer Dan in 130 episodes of the fifth season of the drama series Divorce Court between 1989 and 1990, Kelpine earned his SAG card.
