Dante was a scientist. Due to his work, along with that of Bishop and Barredo, scientists were able to calculate "n-dimensional negation of internal quantum numbers, normalizing for space time inversion". This individual's name was mentioned in journals read by Lieutenant Commander Data as he was searching for clues on how to detect cloaked Romulan warbirds during the Klingon Civil War in 2368.
