Dave was an employee of Chronowerx Industries in 1996, where he worked as Henry Starling's personal secretary.
Despite previously being told not to, Dave interrupted Starling during his meeting with Jim, after receiving an urgent telephone call from Rain Robinson on line three. (VOY: "Future's End")
This character appeared as an off-screen voiceover.
Dave was voiced by David Rossi, Rick Berman's assistant at the time as an homage by Brannon Braga. [1]
