David Lewis Hays (born 28 July 1962; age 62) is a former actor who played a tactical crewman in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Shockwave".
Among his resume are a guest appearance in the television series Grounded for Life (2001, with Richard Riehle and Van Epperson) and the film Rules of Engagement (2000, with Richard McGonagle, Gordon Clapp, Scott Alan Smith, David Graf and Thomas Knickerbocker)
