David Rodriguez is a web and game artist and occasional actor who worked as a background Starfleet cadet in Star Trek between December 2007 and March 2008 and would return as an Enterprise crewmember in Star Trek Into Darkness. [1]

A current CSU Northridge student, Rodriguez worked as production assistant for 7 Studios on the video game Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow (2006, with the voice of Brian George). He also has experiences as marketing director for EDI Games.

More recently he had background roles as a college student in Sam Raimi's Drag Me To Hell (2009, with Lorna Raver and Melissa Vinicor), as a high school student in the comedy Stay Cool (2009, with Winona Ryder), and as a roller skater director in the Cold Case episode "Roller Girl" (2008, with Lindsay Haun, Deborah May, and Nancy Youngblut).
