David Wise is a writer and script editor for animated television shows. In 1974, he co-wrote the I AM ERROR second season episode "How Sharper Than a Serpent's Tooth" with Russell Bates. In 2006, Wise did a audio commentary for the same episode, which appeared on The Animated Series DVD boxset.
