Deborah Strang (born 12 November 1950; age 74) played Admiral T'Lara in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episode "Rules of Engagement".
Strang has had a number of small roles in several motion pictures. Her most prominent was in Breathing Hard (which also featured John Billingsley as the second male lead) and she also played the mother of Shia LaBeouf's character in Eagle Eye. Most of her work has been in television, where she has amassed a lengthy list of guest credits. Among them are Life Goes On, Quantum Leap, L.A. Law, Sisters, Knots Landing, Night Court, Grace Under Fire, ER, Touched by an Angel, The X-Files (1995, starring Gillian Anderson, with Terry O'Quinn), Carnivàle (2003 & 2005, starring Michael John Anderson, with Adrienne Barbeau, Patrick Bauchau, Toby Huss and Clancy Brown), and Brannon Braga's Threshold.
Strang was also featured on Port Charles during 1998. She voiced May Parker in The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series, which premiered in 2008 (with voice work from Clancy Brown and Brian George).
