Template:Realworld Dey Rey is a publishing company that began as an imprint of Ballantine Books in 1977. The first novel published was The Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks, and under the guidance of Judy-Lynn del Rey and her husband Lester, the imprint grew into a full publishing company. It is now part of Random House along with Bantam Dell, the amalgam of Bantam Books and Dell Publishing.
They published a number of Star Trek related books, including Star Trek Logs omnibus reprints in 1993, the 40th anniversary printing of Star Trek Star Fleet Technical Manual in 2006, Leonard Nimoy's I Am Not Spock, The Making of Star Trek, and The Trouble With Tribbles.
