Denise Blasor is a stage and film actress and director and a voice artist who provided background voices for Star Trek: First Contact. In the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Concerning Flight", she can be heard as a Florentine shouting "You are the animal!" Blasor received no credit for her voice work.

Born in France and educated in Italy, Blasor moved to Chicago, Illinois where she joined the St. Nicholas Theater Ensemble. Throughout the years, she worked on numerous stage plays. She served as Artistic Director of the multi-cultural theater alliance LADifersified and is the Associate Artistic Director at the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts as well as a founding member of LAAFO, KOAN, and East LA Classic Theater.

Blasor has been engaged to fellow Star Trek actor Dan Shor with whom she wrote the screenplay for the stage play A View From Above. Other projects she wrote include the webseries The Lady from Jupiter Street, the play The Family Tree, and the children's book "Los Cuentos de Doña Julia".

Working as a voice actress, replacing voices for actresses and voicing animated characters, since the 1980s, Blasor's voice can be heard in Aces: Iron Eagle III (1992), Lorenzo's Oil (1992), Sliver (1993), A Walk in the Clouds (1995), Titanic (1997), The Mask of Zorro (1998), The 13th Warrior (1999), Mission: Impossible 2 (2000), Blow (2001), The Sopranos (2000-2002), Hulk (2003), Bad Boys II (2003), Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005), The Expendables (2010), and the animated movie Puss in Boots (2011).

Her voice is probably best known for voicing the penguin Adélie Chica in the movies Happy Feet (2006) and Happy Feet Two (2011). In 2015, Blasor wrote, directed, and starred in the short film Dentro de la Casa de Bernarda Alba.

As an actress in front of the camera, she worked on The Disappearance of Garcia Lorca (1996, with Tony Plana and Miguel Ferrer), Noriega: God's Favorite (2000, with Tony Plana, Barbara Luna, and Tom Todoroff), Love Simple (2009, written, produced, directed, and starring Diana Cignoni), the drama One Weekend (2014), and the drama The Portrait's Secret (2018).
