Dennis Scott on the set of Insurrection

Dennis Ray Scott is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts in Star Trek: Insurrection. He also did stunt rigging for Star Trek Generations. He was also responsible for the stunt construction and safety for the stunts in Insurrection and can be seen in the bonus feature "Anatomy of a Stunt" on the Star Trek: Insurrection (Special Edition) DVD. More recently, Scott performed stunts in 2009's Star Trek.

Scott has performed stunts in and coordinated for films such as Megaforce (1982), To Live and Die in L.A. (1985), F/X (1986, with Cliff DeYoung), Manhunter (1986), The Lost Boys (1987, with Todd Feder and stunts by Sandy Berumen, Janet Brady, Doc Charbonneau, Monty Cox, Randy Hall, Kim Koscki, Gene LeBell, David LeBell, John Meier, Bernie Pock, Scott Wilder, and Spice Williams-Crosby), Who's That Girl? (1987), The Blob (1988), Child's Play (1989, with Catherine Hicks, Chris Sarandon, and Brad Dourif), Shocker (1989), Predator 2 (1990), Wedlock (1991), Free Willy (1993), The Indian in the Cupboard (1995, with Keii Johnston, Erik Stabenau, Christopher Gilman, J.R. Horsting, Frank Welker, and stunts by Sandy Berumen, Joey Box, Jay Caputo, Jim Halty, and Lynn Salvatori), The Phantom (1996), Mars Attacks! (1996), Anaconda (1997), Go (1999), Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1999, with Clint Howard, Jack Kehler, Jeanette Miller, Tony Jay, and stunts by Joey Box, Jay Caputo, Jennifer Caputo, Bud Davis, Michael Haynes, Lisa Hoyle, Kim Koscki, Lynn Salvatori, Patricia Tallman, and Pat Romano), Magnolia (1999), The One (2001), Starsky & HUtch (2004), Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2005, with William Shatner), Mission: Impossible III (2006), D-War (2007), and I Am Legend (2007, with Salli Elise Richardson and stunts by Joey Box, Mark Chadwick, and Mark Aaron Wagner).

He has also performed in television series such as Automan (1984, with Robert Lansing, Conroy Gedeon, and Glenn Corbett), Courthouse, and Deadwood (2004, with Jim Beaver, Brad Dourif, Leon Rippy, Keith Carradine, Larry Cedar, Bill Bolender, and stunts by Joey Box, Ken Clark, Hugh Aodh O'Brien, Allan Graf, and Mike Watson).
