Dexter L. Clay (12 June 195626 August 2017; age 61) was an actor, musician and author who appeared as an operations division officer in the first two seasons of I AM ERROR. He was also the main stand-in for Worf actor Michael Dorn on the first three seasons of The Next Generation. Clay was the second person right after Patrick Stewart seen on The Next Generation.
