In 2353, D'Angelo was listed on a directory placard as having an office in room 75274 on Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations")

Lieutenant D'Angelo was assigned to the USS Enterprise-D in 2367. He was an ops engineer for the third shift antimatter operations unit. He was listed on a Engineering Division Duty Roster as being on duty. (TNG: "Suddenly Human", "Legacy")

Furthermore, his name appeared in the USS Voyager crew manifest, retrieved from the computer in 2371. (VOY: "Projections")

In an alternate future, D'Angelo was listed as a Starfleet Tactical official on the dedication plaque of the USS Pasteur. (TNG: "All Good Things...")

D'Angelo was named for swing gang member Dick D'Angelo.
The roster was seen in the ready room of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. The okudagram was readable in the remastered version of the episode.
