A dilithium nursery was a place where the creation and growth of dilithium occurred naturally.
In the 31st century, a dilithium nursery discovered within the Verubin Nebula became the subject of an investigation by the KSF Khi'eth. The investigation ended prematurely when the Khi'eth crashed on Theta Zeta at the center of the nebula. (DIS: "Terra Firma, Part 1", "Su'Kal")
