The Disordered Ward was a medical section within the derelict Borg cube known as the Artifact. This area was located outside of the Gray zone. The disordered xBs, who were all Romulans, were kept under armed guard in the ward. In 2399, one of the ward's patients was Ramdha, who attempted to kill herself using the sidearm of one of the guards. (PIC: "The End is the Beginning", "Absolute Candor")
