District Processing Center Administration Headquarters

Entrance to the processing center of Sanctuary District A

A District Processing Center was the entry point for Sanctuary Districts in the United States of America on Earth in the early 21st century. In Sanctuary District A, this was the administrative headquarters for the Admin Services.

Residents of the Sanctuary Districts were processed through the Center where their basic information was taken. They were often assigned into three stereotypical groups: ghosts, dims, and gimmies.

In 2024, the Processing Center for Sanctuary District A in San Francisco was occupied during the Bell Riots and its staff was taken hostage. Among the hostages was Lee, a Public Health official. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I", "Past Tense, Part II")
