Dominus of Qo'noS was a title held by the Terran emperor Philippa Georgiou in the 2250s. (DIS: "Vaulting Ambition")

Episode writer Jordon Nardino explained that Dominus was a harsher title taken by the Emperor after the conquest of Qo'noS, as the Terrans were very proud of it. He also noted that Qo'noS was mispronounced as "Kronos" out of cultural chauvinism. [1]
