Yeoman Doris Atkins was a 23rd century Starfleet crewmember who served aboard the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain James T. Kirk.

In 2267, Atkins handed a fuel consumption report to Captain Kirk for him to sign. Kirk, who was afflicted at the time with a disease that caused hyper-accelerated aging, signed the report and returned it to Atkins. Moments later, he demanded that Atkins let him read and sign the report, having forgotten due to his deteriorating condition that he had already done so.

She later reluctantly attested to Kirk's forgetfulness during Kirk's competency hearing, blaming his failure on him having more important things to worry about at the time. (TOS: "The Deadly Years")

Atkins was played by actress Carolyn Nelson.
Atkins' first name was not mentioned in the episode, but rather was derived from the script.
