A Droom doll
The Droom were a spacefaring species. Their technology was banned in the Federation because it used terrenium, a potentially explosive material, as a power source.
In 2324, Lieutenant Rachel Garrett found a discarded Droom doll aboard a garbage scow. By rigging its power source to explode, she was able to use it to destroy Fuzz's shuttle. (Star Trek: Section 31)
