The Duesenberg was a brand of automobile on Earth in the early 20th century.
Part of the honeymoon planned by the Silver Blood Tom Paris for himself and his wife B'Elanna Torres included driving up Michigan Avenue in a vintage Duesenberg in 1928. (VOY: "Course: Oblivion")
According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 222, the Duesenberg was a "symbol of wealth and a luxury dream car".
