Duncan K. Fraser (born 5 June 1976; age 49) is the former actor who appeared as Ensign Walsh in several episodes of the last three seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise. He remained uncredited for most of his appearances with the exception of "Bound", for which his character was credited as "Crewman #2".
Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Fraser is a graduate of Asbury College in Kentucky with a degree in Media Communications, Emphasis in Film Studies. Shortly after his graduation in 2002 he moved to Los Angeles. Prior and after his Enterprise background work, he worked as a security guard at Paramount Pictures until 2008.
Fraser portrayed supporting and leading roles in several stage plays such as Daniel Boone, The Man and The Legend and The Neighborhood. He also acted on a few short and independent films, most notably in the role of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars fan film Return of Pink Five in 2006, written and directed by Trey Stokes and starring Amy Earhart, on which he also worked as second assistant director and associate producer. Fraser also appeared as a security guard in the thriller Inland Empire (2006, with Ian Abercrombie, Amanda Foreman, and Stanley Kamel).
Since 2014, Fraser has been married to his wife Lorena McDaniel. The couple resides in Tacoma, Washington since 2021. Since 2009, Fraser has been working as Environmental, Health and Safety Administrator and Training Specialist for NBC Universal. In 2025, Fraser and fellow Enterprise actor Glen Hambly founded the convention act Letter Decks. [1]
