Easton Michael Smith is a set designer and art director who worked as senior set designer on 2014's Star Trek Into Darkness. [1]

His credits as art director include the comedy The Naked Truth (1993), the television movie Long Shadows (1994), the music comedy The Stöned Age (1994), the fantasy comedy Destiny Turns on the Radio (1995), and the television drama The Heidi Chronicles (1995). Smith also worked as assistant art director on the action film Barb Wire (1996), the comedy sequel The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas (2000, with Joan Collins), the sequel Ocean's Twelve (2004), the science fiction remake War of the Worlds (2005), the drama The Good German (2006), and the superhero movie Hancock (2008).

Smith was one of several set designers who worked on the science fiction film Contact (1997), the drama Amistad (1997), the comedy Doctor Doolittle (1998), the mystery film The X-Files (1998), the thriller The Haunting (1999), the comedy What Women Want (2000), Steven Spielberg's science fiction film Artificial Intelligence: AI (2001), the comic adaptation Spider-Man (2002, starring Kirsten Dunst), the science fiction film Minority Report (2002, with Neal McDonough), the drama Solaris (2002), the adventure Van Helsing (2004), the family adventure Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004), the comedy I Love You, Man (2009), the science fiction horror film Priest (2011), the science fiction sequel Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), the drama Life of Pi (2012), and the fantasy film Oz: The Great and Powerful (2013).
